Cams: CamMotion .410 intake. Web Cam .370 exhaust (great combo!) degreed to 20 BTDC (in) and 15 ATDC (ex) at 0.04" lift.
Pistons: 13.5:1 86 mm JE (total 16:1) with APE heavy duty wrist pins in a Carolina Cycle "no name" big block
Carbs: RS40 jetted #135 or Lectrons (depending on "mood")
Exhaust: Vance & Hince Pro Pipe #12002P (with optional baffle)
Shift: holeshot.com PS3 fully electric shifter
